Private Consultations
Typical one to one consultations will take place in my clinics at The Queen Anne Street Medical Centre, APPI Health Group or virtually online. Your health, medical and family history, general eating habits, sleep pattern and lifestyle will be assessed. Testing through GPs or private laboratories is also often recommended to provide more in depth information about your current health status.
Following detailed discussion and comprehensive analysis of test results, we will work together to develop a bespoke health programme; combining dietary and lifestyle modifications that are sustainable and achievable for you, with nutritional supplementation where necessary.
If you have a health condition, specific goal or want to improve your overall nutrition, more than one consultation would be beneficial to ensure your health objectives are achieved. Consultations are typically every 4-6 weeks and the length of the plan will depend on the complexity of your case.
