 Ingredients

1 cup (250g) pitted dates, chopped

1 cup (160g) mixed pistachios and almonds

1 cup (130g) dried cranberries

1/2  cup (130g) gojiberries

1/2 cup dried cherries

2 tbsps cacao powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbps shredded coconut

 

Method

Blend chia seeds and nuts for 1 minute

Add remaining ingredients (except coconut) until mixture comes together

Shape tablespoon of mixture into balls

Coat the balls in shredded coconut
