Ingredients

500ml boiled water

1 cinnamon stick

2 inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

2 inch chunk of fresh turmeric root, peeled and sliced

1 Lemon, juiced

Method

Add all ingredients in a cup or pot of boiling water, allow to soak for 5-10 minutes and strain
